PAYMENTπŸ’³

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
-Visa
-MasterCard
-Invoice payment (in certain cases)

All payments are processed in Euros (€).

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Don't worry! This happens sometimes with international transactions. Often, your bank or credit card provider might block the payment as a security precaution because we are based in Latvia (Europe).

The Fix: Usually, you just need to contact your bank to let them know you’re making a purchase from our website, and they will clear it for you.
Once the bank clears it, you may need to place a new order on our website.

Why did I receive an email but my order isn’t confirmed?

Our website sends an automatic "Order Pending" email the moment you click the "Buy" button at checkout. This email confirms we have received your order details, but it is not a payment confirmation.

Why you might get multiple emails: If you attempt to checkout several times, you will receive an "Order Pending" email for each attempt. This just means the order is in our system waiting for payment.

The "Payment Successful" Email: You will receive a separate, second email once your payment has actually been processed. This second email will include your official electronic invoice.

How do I know my payment was successful?

After successful payment, you will receive a separate confirmation email saying that:
-Your payment was successful
-Your order is confirmed
-Your invoice is attached

Only after this second email is your order officially confirmed and prepared for production.

SHIPPINGπŸ“¦

Where is my order coming from?

All our bracelets are handmade in Latvia (Europe) and shipped directly from there. Each piece is carefully made to order just for you.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on which country you are ordering from.  More information about shipping cost you can find here.

How long does shipping take?

Since all our bracelets are handmade to order in Latvia, the total time consists of processing time (making the item) plus delivery time (the postal journey).

1. Processing Time (Making your order)

Because we don't just pull items off a shelf, it takes a little time to prepare your jewelry:
Standard: 1 to 5 business days.
During sales events: Up to 7 business days.
Note: We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Latvian public holidays.

2. Delivery Time (The postal journey)

Once your package is at the post office, the delivery speed depends on your country’s local postal service. While times vary, here is what to expect:
Latvia: Usually the fastest (a few business days).
Europe: Typically 1–2 weeks.
USA & rest of world: Can take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and local mail processing.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package as it leaves Latvia and follows its journey to your country.

How will my package be delivered?

We ship all orders from Latvia via Latvijas Pasts. Once the shipment reaches your destination country, your local postal service (such as USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, or Deutsche Post in Germany, etc.) takes over for the final delivery.

To your door: Most orders are delivered directly to your mailbox or a designated secure location at your address.
No signature needed: To make things convenient, delivery is typically completed without requiring a signature.
If the package is too large: If the package doesn't fit in your mailbox or a secure spot isn't available, your mail carrier may leave a notification slip but this depends on your local post office's policy.
Local Pickup: If you receive a slip, you will need to collect your package from your local post office within their specific holding period.

It is very important to monitor your tracking number online. If the tracking shows the package is "Waiting for pickup" or "Delivery attempted," you should contact your local post office even if you didn't receive a paper slip. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to Latvia because they weren't collected in time, nor for shipments marked as "Delivered" to the correct address you provided.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

1. Email us IMMEDIATELY

Send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address for you.

2. If the order has already shipped

Once a package is with the post office, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
Keep an eye on tracking: Sometimes you can contact your local post office once it reaches your country to see if they can redirect it (though this isn't always possible).
Return to Sender: If the package is undeliverable and gets sent all the way back to us in Latvia, we will contact you. Please note that you would be responsible for the shipping costs to mail it out a second time to the correct address.

BRACELET CARE

Can I wear my bracelets in the water?

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.

How do I protect my bracelets?

Cosmetics are the biggest enemy of handmade jewelry! Perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and sunscreens can react with the beads and metals.
Pro Tip: Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.

How do I clean my bracelets?

All you need is a soft, dry cloth. Gently wipe the beads and metal parts after wearing to remove any skin oils or dust. Avoid using jewelry cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish of handmade beads.

Where is the best place to store my bracelets?

When you aren't wearing them, store your bracelets in a cool, dry place. Keeping them in a small pouch or a lined jewelry box will prevent them from getting scratched or tangled with other pieces.
